How do I treat chewed dog ears?

A month ago, one of my dogs began chewing on the ears of others when we play. They did not hinder the other, just Rough-house and play, and I worked with them to develop an ear to chew.

However, the dog chewed ears look bad.

Is this in good? He's already had a good breakfast and a long walk, and I need to well-groomed the house for my mum so I though a frozen banana might occupy him for a while. Is this OK? And yes I am aware of the quandary it might make! :P
