You do not say how old your dog. If it were a puppy aged 8 weeks, they give them worm medicine insensitivity by a test, then test them later .... but like a dog. . Would not veterinary medicine worm goodness for a dog to check on the first dog.

We put my dog on mettle worm medication over the summer. We did 3 blood test in the past 2 months and the liver enzymes kept rising. Could this be to the courage worm?
