Buying a condo in Orlando. How can I find out how much de condo fees of all different buildings are?

I tried to ask a realtor without much star. Which buildings and areas of Orlando do you recommend?

Persuade him that you have not had much success asking the realtor, there are a ton of condos in Orlando, all fee schedules manifold with HOA, and contributions may be different in the same building. You can call the variety of buildings and ask.

Condo Association - Generally, should a patio in bad need of repair be replaced by the association?

I should add that I am talking about a literal patio behind my townhouse/condo. Is the answer different if it is the sidewalk direction up to my front door?

we'll I recognize you don't want to hear this,but Yes It's the Association. It's in your CC&R's look it up..Sorry Anything case is the responsibilety of the Association. In my complex there are two types of floor plans mine which is a back patio and units with a balcony.

Existing national sales increased 24% last month with a complete 10,465 homes sold statewide compared to 8444 homes sold in January 2009, according to estate agents in Florida. January sales statewide existing condo rose 81% from a year too early, sales celebrities.
