It depends on what the wattage of the bulb and bulbs are not tension. If you have 1 watt light bulb 65 is then thats very low lighting. If the bulb is 120 watts and volts so no light, it is respectable to 3 watts per gallon. Almost all fires are 120 volts.

Dont go by what you see in fish stores as a jurist for how your platies should look. My mollies were always much larger and heftier than ones that I see in the stores. Its a cold-blooded in every way sometimes, but it is accepted to be survival of the fittest when it comes to fry. My first set of fry I got from my mollies totaled 24, only 3 of them survived (primarily because of my na with fry). The next collection I was only talented to seize 8 of them, they all survived. Then the next bunch only 2 were found both of which survived by hiding amongst my tangled pot-pourri of java moss. So I suspicion what Im saying is that you cant look for your tank all day (although we hankering we could) so you may not be around for the fry to be born. The fish arent accepted to on the back burner serve for us to be in the leeway for them to give creation. If you turn up to see fry, get one's hands them before the other fish can. Removing the mothers can tension them out more than they already are and could have adverse effects on the descent.
