I bought a cat litter box. My rabbit is accepted to be a house rabbit, in the basement. im going to train her to use a litter-box. Is it okay to coach her to use one of those cat litter-boxes with tops on them? thanks.
my rabbit is litter trained howver the litter box does not have a top on it as they likely to either play or sleep in more enclosed spaces.
Shes coming from a peaceful where she did use it, but Im hearing some negative things about them?
If she has been using a covered litter box, there is no badness in providing the same for her now. Most cats do not like covered litterbox but since she is ok with it, then it should be frail.

@ if you have the valid kind of litter box, it doesn't smell as bad! Try one with a cover, maybe? My cat's isn't bad at all.
@ Turns out if *I* cover the pee ball with litter, @ will use that box again. But she won't cover her own pee.
