My cat used a litter box at the vet's, now she won't use a litter box (same litter) at home. What should I do?

Thanks for the admonition! My cat's feeling better and perkier now, eats well, and is using the litter box for the circumstance being. Hopefully, she'll be pronounced able to go outside in a couple of days.
Your cat is prosperous somewhere. Put the catbox there. Also, if you're not using scoopable cat litter, try that. The softer litter feels wagerer on kitty's feet, and will increase your chances that she will use it.

Here are a few suggestions to your litter box problems:
- Fix up with provision a box for each cat
- Change litter daily
- Provide constant access to a box
- Go back to once upon a time used brand of litter and/or
- Discontinue new disinfectant
