She is an indoor cat....recently treated for worms (video worms) she did poop on the floor a couple times conservative in front of me before her diagnosis...but now I have no eveidence of her going potty at all.
Her meds could be making her constipated. You seem to muse on she is not urinating either - this is a much more serious concern.

No drugs like that, but if you have any plumbing down there, you may have a dried out use up trap. Check them quick and run a lot of water down them, if so. This includes knock over drains.

@ litter box smell, cats on counters, ringlets everywhere. No thanks. And I'm a cat person.
