when should you start training for litter box for kittens?

If they don't have a mom, you can start at 2 weeks. If mom is winning care of them, start at 3-4 weeks. Just put them in the box and gently move their feet to dig in the litter. Most kittens bod it out after you do this once or twice.

Technically, you do not, but lots of cats like to have there own paramount spaces. I have 2 grown cats and 2 litter boxes, but just because it mkes it get less full. :D
