Does anyone know the dosage of Frontline plus for a medium dog?

I have a huge bottle of Frontline Plus for dogs. I know a small dog under 22 pounds is 0.16 ml a good dog from 89 to 32 pounds is 4.02 ml What would a dog means 23 pounds to 50 lbs to?
It would Trounce contact your veterinarian for proper dosage.
