Does anyone use a Buddy Belt Harness for their dog? ?

I want one for my doxy, but want to understand someone who has used first.

For a guy thats prone to trachea or damage that has been there (like dogs with short passes) an idea of his kind, but I personally would not buy one.

It looks like something that could be dropped, at least in my little importance from the point of view.
