Well, I contacted Zupreem and they ask they have changed nothing but from what I have pore over on this and other boards I am not the only one to mind a variation. Zupreem said that there may be some dissimilarity in expanse but that they are within their boundary of dimensions requirements. They said if I wanted to send back the bag to them they would restore it but would not pay for shipping back to them. I told them to send back a 17 1/2 bray bag would be precious. I asked if I could replacement it back to where I purchased it and get a refund or exchange but they said that would be up to the bracket I purchased it. I called the site and they said since the bag is opened they would not suffer it back unless Zupreem would repay them. Looks like I am justified out the rate of this bag and will not be purchasing from Zupreem again as they do not honestly be by their yield like the demand. I trust I am talented to get these older macaw to eat something else as she is very set in her ways and I have...
