Does the Top wing slide open arch playpen cage and stand have a perch for a bird already?

I get a cockatiel bird later today, and I wanted to indicate whether the upper slide open cage park bow and has a visible beam already so I did not have to buy one. Does anyone own this cage?
As usual, the cage is provided with a pole, but I have a sand perch and a pole component in my Gray's cage to give them different material on posture and also likes to chew. Need more toys and a perch considerable space to sleep if you have a comfortable for your bird.

he will do it for 2 to 3 minutes I don't recognize why he is doing it. but it just getting me worried. I dont have knowledge of how to get him to stop.
Don't end him! Your cockatiel is simply exercising, and celebrating being a cockatiel! Mine does it, and so do most of the cockatiels I've met. There's nothing to nettle about.
