Does the Top wing slide open arch playpen cage and stand have a perch for a bird already?

I get a cockatiel bird later today, and I wanted some if the top wing slide Open Cage arch and park in the forest has a perch already so I did not have to buy one. Does anyone own this cage?
Mainly the cage is provided with a pole, but I have a sand perch and a pole cord in my Gray's cage to give them different materials for the double and he also likes to chew. Need more toys and a perch capital to sleep, unless you get a cozy for your bird.
