ok I'm thirsty to get a parrot, but what kind should i get I want one who can talk and say sentences.I live in the City of New York and live in an apt.

Dark Africa. They are the most intelligent parrot, they can speak very well. They are not particularly noisy (nothing to do conures, cockatoos or macaws), even if they do not talk much and they are not too big.
